The Benton County Assessor’s Office has released the 2023 property tax statements. Certified property values are now available for property owners through the County Assessor’s website.

Important Payment Information:

  • Payments for property taxes are due by November 15, 2023.
  • Property owners who choose to pay their taxes in full by November 15 will receive a 3-percent discount.
  • Alternatively, taxpayers have the option to spread their payments over several installments. The first installment, equal to one-third of the total amount due, is payable on November 15, followed by subsequent one-third payments on February 15 and May 15, 2024.
  • It’s important to note that interest, as per ORS 311.505, will be charged on any late installment payment. However, interest on the late portion of the first installment payment due on November 15 will not start accruing until December 16.
