2024 property tax statements released by Benton County Assessor’s Office

Property tax statements released

The 2024 property tax statements have been released by the Benton County Assessor’s Office. Property owners can now access certified property values and 2024 tax statements on the County Assessor’s website at https://assessment.bentoncountyor.gov/property-account-search/.

If you are a business owner who submitted a Return electronically via eNoticesonline.com and did not choose to opt out of receiving your Real Property or Business Personal Property statement electronically, please remember to check your email associated with the registered account to find your tax statement. If your Business Personal Property account is under the cancellation threshold of $22,500, you will not receive a tax statement for the business.

Important Payment Information:

  1. Payments for property taxes are due by November 15, 2024.
  2. Property owners who choose to pay their taxes in full by November 15 will receive a 3-percent discount.
  3. Alternatively, taxpayers have the option to spread their payments over several installments. The first installment, equal to one-third of the total amount due, is payable on November 15, followed by subsequent one-third payments on February 15 and May 15, 2025.
  4. It’s important to note that interest, as per ORS 311.505, will be charged on any late installment payment. However, interest on the late portion of the first installment payment due on November 15 will not start accruing until December 16.
