Tuesday Board meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of the month. These meetings are open to members of the public and public comment is usually allowed. The meetings are livestreamed on Facebook. Visit the Events page for details of a specific meeting.

What happens at a typical Tuesday Board meeting:

  • Announcements
  • Approving the agenda: the Chair may add or remove items from the agenda.
  • Introductions: attendees say their name and association or residence.
  • Public comment: members of the public may provide comment directly to the Board. Check the agenda to see if public comment is included. The Chair may limit comments to three minutes per person.
  • Work session: the Board hears and discusses project updates.
  • Consent calendar: a group of items the Board approves in one motion.
  • Business meeting: staff provide background information and the Board votes to approve or disapprove items and actions.
