The Benton County Board of Commissioners has finished hearing testimony on the appeal of the Planning Commission decision to deny expansion of the Coffin Butte Landfill. The Board will meet on Nov. 4 at 1 p.m. for deliberations and decision on the matter. The meeting is open to the public.
